The Institute of Computer Science of FORTH is organizing a 3-hour workshop on “Gender Issues in Computer Science”.

The workshop aims to raise awareness within the research community about gender equality and combating discrimination in the field of Computer Science. This initiative aligns with European guidelines for gender equality in research and with the principles of the Gender Equality and Anti-Discrimination Committee of FORTH.

The workshop will take place in person at the Georgios Lianis Auditorium of the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas, with remote participation supported via video conferencing (Zoom), on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 14:30 to 17:45 EET.

The event will be conducted in English and will be recorded.
