Dr. Vassilis Burganos, was re-elected Director of the Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences of FORTH on February 15, 2019 for a second term. The election was made by a seven-member Evaluation Committee appointed by the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs chaired by Dr. Nikos Hadjichristidis, Distinguished Professor, King Abdullah University of Scienceand Technology (KAUST).

His official appointment is expected in the next few weeks.
