FORTH had a dynamic presence at the International Defence Exhibition Athens, taking place from May 6 to 8, 2025, at Metropolitan Expo, in Hall 1, Booth 08 of the Ministry of Development. Leading companies and organizations showcased the latest technology, equipment and systems across land, sea and air. The exhibitionwas held under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of National Defence.

Τhe International Neurosciences Conference of the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO), entitled "Cell biology of the nervous system”, is held at the Fodele Beach Hotel in Crete, 5-8 May 2025, with the active participation and co-organisation of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas.

FORTH’s Friends Association is organizing its first event of the year, within the framework of its established cultural and scientific activities, entitled "Biotechnology in a Critical Era." The event will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 8:00 p.m., at the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

The Municipality of Rethymnon and the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (IMS) of the Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH) are organizing for the year 2025 a series of lectures addressed to the general public of Rethymnon.
