Presentations will take place for an hour in the morning (11:00 - 12:00) for the early birds, and later in the evening for two hours (16:00 - 18:00). 

Instructions for Poster Presentations

• Recommended poster size is A0 (approximately 84cm width, 120cm height).
• Authors are kindly asked to put up their posters at 10:00 on Friday morning. Poster numbers will be placed on top of each panel. Your assigned poster board number will be available in the program. 
• Materials for mounting (thumbtacks, tape etc.) will be available at the poster area.

Instructions for “Other” Presentations

The organizing committee will support researchers that will use other means of presentation to carry out their plans. Please contact us, as soon as you register, via email for extra information.
